Frequently asked
Do members need to install an app?
No. Members just get WhatsApp messages and receipts on their existing number. Only your staff use the dashboard, from any browser.
How do online payments work?
We integrate Razorpay. Members pay by UPI, card or netbanking through a secure link, and a PDF receipt is sent automatically. Money settles to your own Razorpay account.
Can I manage more than one branch?
Yes. The Multi-Branch plan lets you run every location from a single login, with separate members and staff roles per branch and combined reporting.
Is my data safe?
Your data lives in a dedicated PostgreSQL database with encrypted login tokens, role-based access and regular backups. You own your data and can export it anytime.
Do you help with setup and migration?
Absolutely. We set up your gym, plans and branding, and can import your existing member list. Most gyms are live within a day.
Which biometric devices are supported?
1ops integrates with ZKTeco, eSSL and most other standard fingerprint and face-recognition attendance terminals that support the ADMS or push-SDK protocol. If you already own a device, we can check compatibility. We also recommend budget-friendly devices that work out of the box.
What if the internet goes down at the gym?
Biometric devices store punches locally when offline. The moment connectivity is restored, 1ops pulls all pending logs and syncs them to the cloud — no attendance data is ever lost.
